Seamus McManus (email) Student Representative
Seamus is a student in the Online Baccalaureate in Communication and Culture. He is a chef by trade and now stays home to raise his seven-month-old son, Aidan. After living and working in Europe for several years, he and his wife, a classically trained realist painter, have returned to the States and are focused on becoming more competitive professionally in order to succeed in New York. After realizing that a career as a chef was not conducive to family life, Seamus decided to return to school. The Online Baccalaureate Program allowed him the flexibility to do so while still taking care of his son full-time.

James Meyers (email) Alternate Student Representative
James is a student in the Online Baccalaureate in Business. Always the energetic optimist, James had an insatiable curiosity for life from a very early age; an enduring passion for the experiences that shape a person’s character. He attended college for a short time until he joined the Marine Corps where he gained new perspectives and learned the fundamentals of team work and leadership. He managed operations for an airline where he was able to put to good use those managerial and decision-making skills. Eventually he settled in New York with a comfortable office job where he has resided for the last two and a half years.
