Information for Faculty and Staff

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) requires colleges and universities to publish an annual security report. The report contains information regarding campus security including such topics as: emergency procedures, crime prevention, university law enforcement authority, crime reporting policies, sexual assault prevention, disciplinary procedures and other matters of importance related to security on campus. It also contains crime statistics for the previous three calendar years. The CUNY School of Professional Studies can comply with the law by using a web site instead of paper documents so long as the exact web address where the report can be accessed is published. The report can be found at https://sps.cuny.edu/about/directory/office-public-safety/campus-security-annual-report. If you would like to receive a hard copy of the Annual Security Report, please call the Office of Public Safety at (646) 664-8600.
