Clemente I. Diaz is an I-O psychology practitioner with over a decade in higher education administration, most notably academic program management and career services. Currently, he is an associate director at Baruch College's Starr Career Development Center. In addition to assisting undergraduates with their career and professional development, he is responsible for the Center's overall operations and assessments. Mr. Diaz is also co-founder of the CUNY I-O Practitioners Network, a group of higher education professionals interested in applying I-O psychology research and practices to higher education administration. Mr. Diaz received a BA in psychology from Baruch College and a MA in I-O psychology from Brooklyn College.
